Return Policy

At Artwist, our goal is to deliver premium quality products with the highest printing standards. Because our items are custom-made for each order, our return and refund policy is specific to ensure fairness and clarity.

1) No Returns for Customized Orders

All products are made to order with your chosen design, template, or uploaded artwork.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selected

Errors in text, spelling, or design uploaded by the customer

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

2) Quality Guarantee & Eligibility for Refunds

We guarantee the high quality of materials and finishing. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/production error.

The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Examples that qualify:

Severe misprint or poor print quality

Torn, broken, or damaged product upon delivery

Wrong item shipped

Examples that do not qualify:

Slight color or size variations due to material characteristics

Minor differences between on-screen previews and actual prints

3) How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs/videos showing the defect or issue

• A short description of the problem

• Submit via email at [insert support email] or through WhatsApp support on our site.

We may request return of the defective item for inspection. If approved, we will, at our discretion, reprint and replace the item or issue a refund.

4) Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method.

Processing time may vary by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except where the issue was our fault.

5) International Orders

Customers outside Lebanon may be responsible for return shipping costs if a defective item needs to be returned.

Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

6) Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before printing begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
